If you want to get better at drawing, design a character, don't worry about perfection the first time! Just keep working at it, make a system for the order you draw things on that character, make a layout pointing out the distinguishable parts of the character! Name them! Make them your friend! Nothing better than a friend that you know the heart of, and you get the privilege to give them the heart yourself!
