Sometimes when you want to get out of a creative "funk" animation is a good way to make the ole brain pumping! Start with something simple, just get 2 eyes and try animating them blinking, or make a cat and make it's tail move, start small! The great animators didn't make Cinderella or Angelic Layer over night!
